HOW WE DO IT

Television, Radio and Digital

  • The media plan will be done strategically to consider the relevant
    stations, properties but also segments which has the highest
    viewership/listenership and make sure the brand is getting maximum
    reach to the TA.
  • The strategic adverts placement in different social media pages such as
    FB, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, using influencers driving the agreed
    topic on their respective pages e.t.c
  • Agency will be able to give you the weekly proof of flighting (POF
    Weekly monitoring report).
  • Agency presence to the on ground activities that might happen to
    manage the media house team which would be invited at the event for
    the content collection or live links from the ground.
  • The post buy with the campaign evaluation report will be shared.

Outdoor and Print

  • The Ads placement in Out Of Home (OOH) will consider the relevant
    agreed areas but strategic and prime locations to be seen by the
    targeted people.
  • The billboards will be monitored in weekly basis and send the updated
    report to client in monthly.
  • The Ads placement in Print media will also be strategically considering
    the days when the highest readership is but also the most read pages
    (Prime pages) and make sure the maximum exposure is being reached
    to the TA.
  • The Proof Of Flighting (POF) report will be shared immediate after an
    advert appearing on that particular paper.
  • The post buy with the campaign evaluation report will be shared.
